If my records doe Johann Valentine Moyer, Peter's father, are correct, Peter was a twin.

Birth of Brother John Henry Moyer(1782–)
June 26, 1782

There is another Peter Moyer, born 1775, who also married a Catharine.  He married Maria Katherine Gundrum, and is buried in Lycoming County Pa. http://notheathersgen.blogspot.com/2017/03/peter-moyer-1775-1853.html

1803 - Marriage
Elizabeth married Peter Moyer 1803 Berks Co, Pa. Their children are Philip, Daniel, Maria, Catherine, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Peter, Sarah Salome, John, Benjamin, William, Anna.
(Info from Find A Grave Entry)

Elizabeth's last name is from her daughter Anna's death certificate - but I am still unsure what it says, or if it is accurate.

Following the Meiser connections, I think it's possible that Elizabeth was the daughter of Frederick and Christina Druckenmiller of the Lancaster County area.  Three of Fredericks daughters, including Christina, married three Meiser brothers.

Christina Druckenmiller, daughter of Frederick Druckenmiller, married John Michael Meiser.  Their son Henry Meiser, married Rebecca Moyer, the daughter of Peter Moyer and Elizabeth Druckenmiller.

1804- Son Daniel Moyer Born
Birth of Child Daniel Moyer(1804–1868)
19 March 1804 • Union County, Pennsylvania, USA

Daniel Moyer married Elizabeth Kerchner, and they are found in the 1850 census in Chapman twp, Union (now Snyder) county with the following children: Lydia, Peter, Sarah, Reuben, Leah, Amelia & Catherine.

Find A Grave (which should always be checked with additional sources) says:
Daniel Moyer is the son of Peter Moyer and Elizabeth. He married Elizabeth Kerchner 5 Sep 1826 Union Co, Pa. Children are Matilda, Elizabeth, Lydia, Peter K, Mary Ann, Sarah, Rueben, Leah, Amelia, Catherine, Martha, Barbara, Alice.

1814 - Daughter Elizabeth Moyer Born
Birth of Daughter Elizabeth Moyer(1814–)

The death certificate of Thomas Shemory tells us that his mother, Elizabeth Moyer, married Ephraim Shemory.

20 January 1817 • Pennsylvania
Peter Moyer married Susanna (Glatfelter?). They lived in Snyder County Pa. Their children include Mary, George Henry, William & Caroline.

1819 - Daughter Polly Moyer Born
Birth of Daughter Maria Salome "Polly" Moyer(1819–)
15 July 1819 • Chapman, Snyder County, Pennsylvania, USA

Polly Moyer married Felix Ekas. Her father's will, in 1851, states that her husband "left her about 10 years ago without provision and has not been back."  In 1860 Felix is living in Michigan with Lydia.

Polly & Felix had a daughter Nancy, who married Peter Troupe.   Nancy and Nancy's husband are in Michigan in 1900, near Felix.
This picture is said to be of Maria Salome "Polly" Moyer Eckes - but I think it must be Lydia? Felix was living with Lydia as early as 1860 - with her using his last name in the census, although it looks like they were not actually married until 1884

We know Polly was mentioned in her fathers will, but I have no idea where she is buried, or where she lived, after her husband left her.  Her daughter Nancy was a servant in another household in PA by 1860.

1821 - Son John Moyer Born
Birth of Son John Moyer(1821–)
1821 • Pennsylvania
John Moyer married Susan and their children included Henry, John.  They lived in Snyder County Pa.
In 1850, John's mother Elizabeth lived with him.

John & Susan lived in Snyder County Pa and are buried in Grubbs Cemetery

1824 - Son Benjamin Moyer Born
Birth of Son Benjamin Moyer(1824–1901)
Jun 1824 • Pennsylvania

A Find a grave entry states that Benjamin was married 3x - Benjamin was married three times:
1. Mary Houseworth (1822-1859)
2. Catherine ___?___ (c1833- )
3. Susannah Thursby (1830-1914), who is buried with him
and lists his children as Barbara Moyer Suffel, William P. Moyer, Benton H. Moyer, Amelia Moyer Swineford, James H. Moyer & George Wellington Moyer.

William P. Moyer's death certificate lists his parents as Benjamin Moyer & Mary Houseworth.
In the 1860 census his children are listes as William, Benton, Amelia & James.
In 1870 he is married to Susan and has 3 additional children - Mary 9, Isaac 8 & George 1.

This family, which is actually the HOUK family, has an Elizabeth Moyer (incorrectly transcribed as Mauk) living with them, but that family also has Elizabeth Mayer living with them in 1850, when we know "our" Elizabeth was living with her son John.

Note from another researcher -
I descend from Philip Moyer (1800-1856) which you've noted as a possible child of Peter.  I've researched Philip and his family trying to find a connection to extend the Moyer line.  While it is possible Philip is a child of Peter, the available evidence seems to indicate they are not immediately related.  I have a copy of "History of the Freeburg Charge" from 1891.  It contains the  birth / baptism record of Grubb's Church from 1781-1808.  Philip's birth is listed in 1800 w/ sponsors, but no parents mentioned.  However, there is no mention of Peter and Elizabeth in the records, or of Daniel (1804), which would seem to indicate they were not present in the area until after 1808.  Also the Register's Notice that you posted a picture of does not have Philip involved in Peter's administration.  If he were the firstborn, he would likely have been involved, as Philip was still alive and active in 1849.  Neither of those things are definitive but both seem to indicate there is not an immediate family relation between Peter and Philip.

Elizabeth's last name is from her daughter Anna's death certificate:

Anna Houser
