Reasearch:

When tracing the children, I found that there are two Frances Hagermans in this area both born in 1823.  One married a Mary, ours married a a Julianna - which we know from the land deed in 1864.  The 1880 census lists our Frances as Frank H - leading me to a passport application in the name of Frances Henry Hagerman, confirming his date of birth as February 1 1823.  The other Frances was born in May of 1823.

I'm curious about the tombstones.  Most researchers beleive that this Joshua married second, Susanna Labar.  Her tombstone is in the Mount Bethel Cemetery:

Now look at the stone for the "other" Frank Hagerman:

These photos are both from findagrave - but the stones look identical - is this two sides to one stone?  And why is Frank's wife  - from the census, we know her name is Mary -  not listed on here with him?  What is his relationship to Susan (Labar) Hagerman?  Am I mistaken - is this Frank the son of Joshua, wife of Julianna?
A passport for Frances Henry Hagerman born February 1 1823, age 71 at time of application in 1893. Occupation farmer.  Planning to travel to "Turkey in Europe and Asia and Greece"  I am so curious as to why he was going on this trip, and who may have went with him.

Squires Hagerman
I've seen many references online to Squires marrying Rachel Barnes.  It's possible - but her name does not change in the census records.
