  I Peter Berger of Clinton twp county of Lycoming, state of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory and understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. As such state as it hath pleased God intrust me with I dispose of the same as follows. Viz
 First I will and direst that my just debts be fully paid as soon after my decease as conveniently can be done.
 Second I give and bequeath to my son Isaac Berger the arm lately purchased by me from Matthew Morton situate in said township of Clinton containing 34 acres more or less, for which he is to pay one thousand dollars to be paid in three equal yearly payments with interest from the date of my decease.
 Third I give and bequeath to my son Charles Berger the sum of eight hundred dollars
 Fourth I give and bequeath to my son Jacob Berger six hundred dollars
 Fifth I give and bequeath to my son Henry Berger six hundred dollars
 Sixth I give and bequeath to my son Peter Berger six hundred dollars
 Seventh I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Truckenmiller six hundred dollars
 Eighth  I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Berger three hundred dollars
 Ninth I give and bequeath to my son William Berger three hundred dollars
 Tenth I give and bequeath to my daughter Matilda Hess three hundred dollars
 Eleventh I give and bequeath to my son James Berger four hundred dollars
 Twelfth all the rest and residue of my estate and personal or mixed I will and direct shall be equally divided among my children Issaac Berger, Charles Berger, Jacob Berger, Henry Berger, Peter Berger, Mary Truckenmiller, Thomas Berger, William Berger, Matilda Hess, and James Berger.  Share and Share Alike.

(I am missing the first page of Daniel's will.  I may find it when I finish cleaning out my files, or I may need to make another trip to the court house!)

3. I devise my farm, situate in Delaware Township, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania  to my son Edward B. Truckenmiller, after teh decease of my said wife Mar E. Truckenmiller and place the title for the same in him.  (the value of which for the purposes of my estimate at ten thousand (10000) dollars) provided he shall elect to take the same at valuation and pay my daughter Minnie, intermarried with E. E. Shively, within  a reasonable time, the sun of five thousand, five hundred (5500) dollars, upon the consummation which settlement, title to said farm to vest absolutely in said Edward B. Truckenmiller, his heirs executors and assigns absolutely.

4. It is my will and I do so order and direct that all taxes that may be levied on my said farm, the premiums for insurance on the building and crops and costs for seeds for the use thereon shall be bourn and paid by my son Edward B. Truckenmiller son of wife Mary E. Truckenmiller, share and share alike.

5. I order and direct that a sum not exceeding seventy-fie (75) dollars a year shall be set aside for my said wife's share of income from said farm, for the purpose  of repairs to the buildings thereon.

6. After the death of my wife Mary E. Truckenmiller, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ida M. Benson ten (10) shares of capital stock of the Farmers National bank of Watsontown; also  I give and bequeath unto my grand-daughter Mary Benson one (1) share of capital stock of the Farmers National bank;  also I give ad bequeath unto my grand-son Charles F. Truckenmiller one share of the capital stock of the Watsontown Bank, also to my gran-son Ward W. Turckenmiller one (1) share of the capital stock in Watsontown National Bank, and if my daughter Emma, intermarried with Charles Metzgar -------- my said wife Mary E. Truckenmiller, I give and bequeath unto her during the term of her life the dividends on ten (10) shares of the capital stock of said Farmers National bank and after the decease of my said daughter Emma Metzgar the said ten (10) shared of stock are to be given to my other three children, Edward B. Truckenmiller, Ida M. Benson, and Minnie Shively, ot their heirs, executors or administrators, share and share alike.  I do hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint the said Farmers Nation bank Trustee --------- said daughter Emma Metzgar to hold the said stock and pay her the dividends there as often as declared and at the time of her decease, hand over the said certificates for the stock to my other three children, their heirs, executors or administrators as above named.

7. I have heretofore provided that my said wife Mary E. Truckenmiller is to have use and enjoyment of my dwelling house premises in Watsontown during her natural life and it is my will and I wish it to be so understood that in the event she should be unable  or unwilling to occupy the said premises then and in such case my hereinafter names executors are hereby directs and empowered to sell the said premises at either private of public for the best price that can be obtained for the same to the best interest of my estate make, execute and deliver to the purchaser a proper fee simple deed for the same and interest the proceseeds of such sale in good interest bearing securities, collect the interest on the same and pay it to my said wife Mary E. Truckenmiller for her use and comfort during her natural life and at the time of her death pay the whole principal sum of said principal money to my daughter Minnie Shively, her heirs, executors or administrators, for the use of her estate absolutely.

Lastly I do hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint my son Edward B. Truckenmiller and my daughter Minnie shively to the be the executors of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and caused my deal to be made this 19th day of March 1918.

BE IT REMEMBERED that on the is second day of December AD 1918 John I. Carr, register for the probate of will and granting of the Letters of Administartaion and for said County personally appeared Samuel B. Moran and Wm F. Shay the subsequent witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Daniel Truckenmiller late of the Borough of Watsontown, County and state aforesaid present at the execution of the and saw and heart tesator therein names publish, pronounce and declare the same as and for this last will and testament and at the time of so doing he was of sound, disposing mind, memory and understanding, according to their knowledge and belief.

BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this second day of December A.D. 1918 before me was approve and insinuated in due and common form of law the last will and testament of Daniel Truckenmiller, late of the Borough of Watsontown, County and State aforesaid, deceased died on the 24th day of November AD 1918 and that the Letters Testamentary with  ---- the will annexed were granted unto Edward B. Truckenmiller and Minnie Shively the executors of the will therein named.
