I've tried a variety of searches and cannot find any other records for George and Catharina here.

Research:
A family tree on Ancestry.com lists Catharina's maiden name as Spittler, and adds an additional child, Jacob, born 1826.  There are no sources given, I have contacted the tree owner hoping they have more information.
