My Gram's records show Sarah Elizabeth as a Lytle, and I never questioned that, but have never made any progress on finding her parents. Today I looked at the 1930 census, and see that she is living with an Albert Napp, and listed as his sister?? There is a chance this is not the same Sarah Aikey, I need to check that too.
Going through my records, I can find nothing that actually says Sarah was a Lytle.
